Psaki: White House Desperately Wants Hunter Biden to Stop Talking

Jen Psaki circled back on her MSNBC show to speculate that even the White House is hoping Hunter Biden would just go away already. 

Speaking of Hunter’s surprise press conference before defying a congressional subpoena, NBC's Kristen Welker asked Psaki if it helped or hurt.

"If you’re sitting in the White House right now, you’re like ‘Please, Hunter Biden, we know your dad loves you. Please stop talking in public,” Psaki replied. “This is not helpful to any of them for him to be out there,” she added, before invoking the “Joe Biden loves his son” defense. “But at the same time, the president loves his son. That takes precedent over anything else.”
