Biden judicial nominee can't answer basic questions: "What does Article V of the Constitution do?" 😬

If THIS is the quality of federal judge that Joe Biden is appointing to the federal bench, I think it's safe to say that we are officially doomed as a country.
 

Maybe hiring based on "DIVERSITY" isn't a good idea.

Sen. Kennedy: "Tell me what Article V of the Constitution does."

Biden Judicial Nominee: "Article V is not coming to mind at the moment."

Sen. Kennedy: "How about Article II?"

Senator Kennedy is absolutely flabbergasted. And I'm right there with him.

Charnelle Bjelkengren is currently a judge for the Spokane County superior court in Washington, and Biden wants to make her a district judge.

But when you're a Democrat and you've already completely dismissed with the Constitution, why does it matter if your judges know anything about it?
